At the Madrid Community Center in Madrid, New York 1:30 PM. The purpose of the meeting is to present annual reports, to conclude the election of trustees including officers for 2012 and to review financial and operating plans for 2012.
May 5, 2012 == Annual Banquet - tentative - To be held at the Madrid-Waddington school at 6:00 pm.
May 12, 2012 == Regular Saturday openings and work days begin. The 2nd and 4th Saturdays of each month
